There’s a new study of the benefits of eating your vegetables. It has the usual measurement problems – and concludes that vegetables are good for your health. But it clarifies the issue that your food selection has little effect, as compared to your other life choices.
A new study tries to show that not eating breakfast increases your risk of dying from cardiovascular disease. The study has significant limitations, and so it remains unanswered whether breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Diabetes is a chronic disease and the longer it's present, the more it adversely impacts other body functions. Especially the cardiovascular system.
