Small Modular Reactors

It seems we can hardly turn around without seeing yet another story about new, small nuclear reactors that are going to revolutionize…whatever.

Nuclear energy has been with us for eight decades, with decadal ups and downs for the last half-century. 

I suppose I should start by noting that I don’t frequent YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, or any other social media or video sites, although I do watch occasional funny videos sent to me by friends, family, and coworkers.
