High fiber diets are essential to our body's well-being; studies from Harvard, Mayo, and NIH have shown this. Now, TikTok influencers are putting a twist on a fad, calling it Fibermaxxing: the idea of exceeding the recommended daily dose of fiber, 25-30 grams for adults, in your diet.
