Gluten free

Despite best efforts, it's very difficult to maintain a 100% gluten-free diet, something that's imperative for the health of people with celiac disease. However, an experimental new drug, designed to be taken after an accidental gluten exposure, may help keep people with celiac disease genuinely gluten-free.
In a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, sisters Kim and Kourtney take some tests to figure out which one of them is healthier: Kourtney, who is strictly gluten-free, or Kim, who eats everything in moderation.
For those with celiac disease, everything that enters into their bodies must be assessed for the presence of gluten. A new recommendation from FDA extends this precaution from food ingredients to oral medications.
