ACSH Welcomes Dr. Katie Suleta

By Chuck Dinerstein, MD, MBA
ACSH is honored to welcome Dr. Katie Suleta to our Board of Scientific Advisors. A long-time writer for ACSH, she brings a prominent voice to our organization.

ACSH is pleased to announce that Dr. Katie Suleta has joined our Board of Scientific Advisors. Katie Suleta is an epidemiologist and public health researcher with nearly two decades of experience bridging complex health data, academic research, and graduate medical education.

Dr. Suleta has served as non-clinical faculty within residency and fellowship programs, focusing her expertise on instructing and mentoring physicians-in-training in research methodology, study design, and data analysis. Her own research portfolio spans critical areas of public health, including HIV, hepatitis C, and educational outcomes.

She writes extensively on health literacy and critical thinking, focusing a skeptical lens on the wellness industry, unregulated health professions, and the proliferation of predatory health claims.

She holds a Doctorate in Health Sciences (DHSc) from George Washington University, a Master of Public Health (MPH) from DePaul University, and a Master of Science (MS) in Health Informatics from Boston University. We are so proud that Dr. Suleta has joined us as the next generation fills out our Board of Scientific Advisors.
